Once you scan the code, click “open link”. If the screen stays black, click the 3 dots (Android phone, top right) and click “open in browser”. You should then see the payment screen. If you are having trouble with either access link, please contact the property manager (see contact us page).
The 2026 annual assessment is $294.00 (if paid before March 1, 2026). After March 1, 2026, late interest will apply. Interest is $4.41 per month (e.g., 2026 assessments paid in March would be $294.00 plus $4.41 late interest or $298.41. 2026 assessments paid in April would be $294.00 plus $8.82 late interest or $302.82).
