Monthly Board of Directors’ Meetings
Generally the Board meets the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM on Zoom. For specific dates and times of Board meetings please check the calendar and upcoming events page or contact the Property Manager.
Residents and property owners may obtain copies of the CHPOA Board Meeting Minutes from the website (download) or by requesting them of the Property Manager.
Annual Dues
The dues notifications are sent out to all property owners around the third week in December each year,
- Property Assessments for 2024 are $257.00 per lot and are assessed on January 1st.
- Payments made February 1 or later are considered late and will incur interest charges and other penalties.
Property owners are responsible for keeping the Property Manager informed of their current name and mailing address. Send updates or changes to the Property Manager.
