Monthly Board of Directors’ Meetings
Generally the Board meets the first week of each month at 7:00PM on Zoom. For specific dates and times of Board meetings please check the calendar and upcoming events page or contact the Property Manager.
Residents and property owners may obtain copies of past CHPOA Board Meeting Minutes from the website (download) or by requesting them of the Property Manager. Committee Reports can be obtained by requesting them from the Property Manager. info@cornwallishills.com
Annual Dues
The dues notifications are sent out to all property owners around the third week in December each year,
- Property Assessments for 2026 are $294.00 per lot and are assessed on January 1st.
- Payments made March 1st or later are considered late and will incur interest charges and other penalties. Late interest charges are: $4.41 per month.
Property owners are responsible for keeping the Property Manager informed of their current name and mailing address. Send updates or changes to the Property Manager.
