Revision of the Covenants
On November 1, 2012 New Covenants which govern the use of lots within Cornwallis Hills were passed by over 75% of the membership and filed with Orange County. This is the first, and only revision to the Covenants which were originally enacted in 1981.
Please read the revised Covenants as they apply to all Cornwallis Hills lots effective immediately. A copy can be viewed/downloaded by clicking on the link above or a paper copy can be requested through the Association’s Property Manager.
